WHAT TO BRING

 

Smiles, a sense of humour, a desire to help the less fortunate and of course your own clothes and toiletries. We recommend you bring mosquito repellent and a mosquito net (this is a malaria free area but mosquitoes can be very bothersome at night). You will also need a torch at night.

Remember there is no shopping opportunities close by and no banking facilities, so arrive with enough cash for your entire stay!

 

It gets very hot during the summer months (November to April), even though we have quick afternoon thunder showers, so light clothing is recommended.

 

In winter (May to October) it gets colder but not extreme. Pack a warm jacket for evenings.
